The Gibraltar Budo-Kai has a wealth of experience, dating back to 1962, in the arts of Judo and Ju-jitsu. It is a traditional Martial Arts School under Shihan Charles Conroy BEM, 6th Dan ( Judo & Ju-Jitsu) and his team of qualified instructors. The School and its Sensei are well known both locally and internationally for skill, experience and dedication to Martial Arts. Their students successfully compete in international tournaments namely the Small Island Games and the Straits Games. Shehan Charlie has been the Police Self Defence Instructor for the past 20 yrs. This Brother Peter is a member of the British Army Judo squad and currently trains  army personnel locally.

Shehan Charlie Obtained his 1st Dan  Judo in 1967 and in 1998 commemorated 35 yrs in Martial Arts.
